Dayang Medical Holds Its First New Employee Training Opening Ceremony

Dayang Medical held the opening ceremony for its first new employee training program on September 29, 2014, marking a new step in the company's internal talent-development system.

Employee and Culture Highlights

The company had grown from annual sales output of RMB 20 million to RMB 30 million in its early stage to nearly RMB 200 million, and management said stronger training was needed to support healthier and more stable development. The company invested more than RMB 100,000 in the training department.

Building Momentum

Chairman Huang Zehui, Chairman Assistant Liu Dong, and Deputy Factory Director Liu Qingying attended the opening ceremony. Li Xinhua, who had extensive sales and theory experience, served as the main instructor, while Huang also appeared in video course materials to analyze case studies.
