Dayang Medical has implemented digital management from raw material warehousing and forming to semi-finished product assembly and finished-goods outbound processes. Employees use PDA devices or mobile phones to scan QR codes for reporting, inspection, completion confirmation, and warehousing, while control-room dashboards display workstation progress, output, qualified-product data, inventory, production costs, and delivery status in real time.
